OSCE Mission to Skopje facilitates dialogue between municipal councillors

The OSCE Mission to Skopje has organized a number of training sessions over the last two months for municipal councillors in ethnically mixed municipalities in an effort to facilitate dialogue between different ethnic groups. The last in this series of trainings started on 6 December 2013 in Struga.

The topics being focused on during the two-day training include team-building, mediation skills, conflict resolution and dialogue facilitation.

The training aims at enhancing communication and co-operation between municipal councillors in order to better tackle local issues.
