About

The OSCE Mission to Skopje, in co-operation with the Turkish National Police (TNP), organizes a five-day practical training course for experts from the Interior Ministry on Crime Scene Investigations at the Training Centre of Criminal Laboratories in Ankara.

The activity aims at creating functional training mechanisms within the Interior Ministry, thus building sufficient capacity of the experts to fully engage in the process, as envisoned in the new Law on Criminal Procedure.

The course will cover various topics, including preparation of curricula for forensic training, advance fingerprint development techniques, advanced evidence recovery techniques, victim identification of mass fatal incidents, practical shooting reconstruction, and practical bloodstain pattern recognition, including case studies.
