Public officials, media representatives, journalists and experts come together at the OSCE-organized roundtable to discuss possibilities and solutions for improving the situation of the Public Broadcaster’s (MRT) newsrooms in community languages.
The newsrooms in Turkish, Vlach, Roma, Bosnian and Serbian languages face many problems including: organizational issues, lack of technical resources, lack of human resources, etc.
During the event, UK expert Jonathan Stoneman will present the baseline analysis of the situation in these newsrooms and propose recommendations.
