Needs Assessment Report on the UN Aarhus Convention on Environmental Governance
The Needs Assessment Report offers an outline of the state of affairs to the implementation of the Aarhus Convention in North Macedonia. It offers a short historical background of the Convention and the OSCE related commitments. The main focus is put on the legal and institutional framework in the country and most importantly, the areas of intervention that the OSCE Mission to Skopje can potentially pursue in line with the specifics of its Mandate.
