About

290 newly-recruited civil servants occupying junior associate positions, without experience, will be trained on equitable representation in the public administration, public administration reform, civil service reform and development of the soft skills of the civil servants. This three-day training is the second part of a project started last year. In 2010, the OSCE completed the first part of the project, training 60 newly recruited civil servants on these topics.

Since 2009, the Mission has developed extensive co-operation with the Secretariat for Implementation of Ohrid Framework Agreement.  This co-operation evolved in the areas of: education, decentralization, use of languages, non-discrimination and equitable representation.
