About
The two-day training of trainers supported by the OSCE Mission to Skopje focuses on the topic of Criminal Liability of Legal Entities. The training aims to raise the ability of judges and public prosecutors to deal with serious corporate crime.
The training will be delivered by one international and three national experts to educators from the Academy for judges and public prosecutors. Through the training the educators will be equipped with in-depth knowledge and practical skills that will help them transfer to their peers the necessary knowledge and tools to apply international and domestic standards and legislation in this area, thus ensuring long-term effects in terms of institutional capacity and properly trained legal practitioners.
