OSCE Mission to Skopje organizes study visit to Croatia, Serbia for police trainers

The OSCE Mission to Skopje organized a five-day study visit to the police training facilities in Croatia and Serbia for ten trainers from the Interior Ministry from 2 to 8 December 2012.

The aim of the visit was to provide training co-ordinators and advisers from the Ministry with an opportunity to exchange experience with their Croatian and Serbian colleagues on decentralised in-service training systems and discuss challenges in development of these systems. Possibilities for further co-operation in the region were discussed during this study visit.

This is part of the Mission’s 2012 activities dedicated to strengthening the human resources management system within the Ministry and improving its police training capacities.
