About
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the OSCE Mission to Skopje will organize a workshop to discuss difficulties and problems reported during the implementation of the new Law on Criminal Procedure (LCP).
High-ranking police officers, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, and legal practitioners will review and discuss the role of the Custody Officer, Public Prosecution – Police relation in accordance with the new LCP, and Police Officers as witnesses at a main trial. These three modules will be part of advanced training courses for police officers, which will be conducted in the course of the year.
The training cources are part of Mission’s continuous support for the reform process of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in line with the OSCE principles and international commitments.
