About
The OSCE Mission to Skopje will launch this year’s advanced and targeted training for legal practitioners (judges and prosecutors) on the recently enforced Law on criminal procedure (LCP).
The new procedural rules are expected to strengthen professionalism, efficiency and transparency of the judiciary.
The project will provide practical training for more than 206 judges and prosecutors in selected areas of the (new) LCP, which entered into force on 1 December 2013.
Several international experts will share their expertise aiming at finding solutions for existing challenges and difficulties faced by members of the local judiciary.
