Ensuring the right to legal counsel
The publication presents a comparative practices in providing legal assistance in criminal cases. It aims to examine the different aspects of the right to adequate defense with particular focus on adequate access of indigent persons to defence in criminal cases. Its primary goal is to foster discussion on these topics in the wake of the adoption of the new Law on Criminal Procedure.
