Some 24 police officers taking part in an OSCE-supported course which started on 24 September 2012 in Skopje will learn how to better evaluate and improve the quality of basic training.

The five-day course initiated by the Interior Ministry and supported by the OSCE Mission to Skopje will enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills in analyzing whether the course curriculum covers core competences of police officers, measuring participants’ satisfaction with the training, and designing ways to duly take into account their feedback.

The course will be delivered by a Dutch expert who has extensive previous experience of delivering such training in Skopje. It is part of the OSCE Mission’s 2012 activities aimed at strengthening the Interior Ministry’s capacities and contributing to further professionalization of the police service.
